Geeks rule the world, so just go with it.
Why can't a ridiculously good-looking guy also be a geek? Isn't a geek someone who's really handy with a computer? In which case, yes, all the people at that table are geeks. Others in the family, such as Yours Truly, are not -- and good looks has nothing to do with it! Ouch!
For the Mac lovers, please take note that there is a Mac sitting on the table as well.

You caught us! Not all of them. Some are reference books. And about three of those shelves are kids' books. Then there are the bookcases in the living room, the hallway upstairs, our bedroom... also haven't read them all! But like to know they're there!! I think it's genetic.:~0
