Holding on to anger is like grasping a hot coal with the intent of throwing it at someone else - you are the one who gets burned. I read that quote; it's attributed to Buddha. Don't know who really said it, but it is spot on.
Our family is a team, and together we have traveled far. And kinda wide. Pedro's been to over 30 countries; I to over 25.
The musical score to our lives: Melissa (21), Linda (19), Ben (10) and Faith (8). Each one uniquely gifted. Each gives us a fresh perspective on life every single day.

Our Work
Peter is South African, I am dual citizenship Costa Rican/USA. We met on a ship, distributing educational books in ports around the world, and learning to minister. First encounter in Chile, started dating in Germany, proposed in Norway, engaged in Portugal, married in Costa Rica...
For many years we worked with Operation Mobilization. We continue to be very involved with NGO's, currently on the board of directors of Houses of Hope International, which has over 20 orphanages and a presence in several countries.
Riovivo Solutions is our software development company; we develop customized applications. We're good! This is how we fund our non-profit work, which is our real passion.
Peter as a teacher and preacher enjoys a very special bond with the people he ministers to, especially overseas. He spurs them on toward overcoming obstacles and realizing their full potential.
I l ove to see people here and abroad become armed (with knowledge) and dangerous - and stand firm in the grace of God and make this world a better place. And oh yeah, I like to write. And dance. A lot.
